- Prepare monthly report and updates
- Support company administration
- Support to filling data and documentation
- Assist company or customer event
- Plan meetings and conference calls and arrange and manage meetings.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain electronic and physical files.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Preferably with minimum 1-2 years relevant experiences in the related field
- Preferably under 30 years old with pleasant looking
- Good command of Ms Office basic applications, including Ms. Word, Excel, Power-point, emailing, internet browsing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skill
- Proficient in english
- Loves challenges and possess a can-do attitude
- Proactive, outgoing and confident
- Preferably people with enthusiasm in tech start-up
